In an earlier post (October 3) I introduced you to James Clear. I thought he was really onto something and suggested that you check him out. He was indeed onto something, and today I suggest you buy his book, “Atomic Habits”. I have just finished reading it, and highly recommend you do as well. If you are a procrastinator (like me), go ahead and continue putting things off for a few days while you read this book. You’ll thank me later (or sooner, come to think of it). If you are “in transition”, read this book. If you are undergoing a process of personal re-invention (which may occur anyway if you read this book), drop everything and get “Atomic Habits”: Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones
